Payment

Conferences and events are paid upon request.
Overstays are paid by card or cash while check in.

Rules

Any cancellation of booked conferences an events must be done by email.

A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. (does not apply to hunts and special arrangements) After that 50% of the offered price will be charged. 
Changes in the numbers of participants can be made free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

Remember to report allergies, special diets or other special needs that Virå Bruk needs to take into account no later than 7 days before arrival

Virå Bruk reserves the right to cancel arragements for such reasons as illness or if a sufficient number of participants is not reached. If this happens, registered  participants will be offered a new course opportunity or a refund of any fee paid.
