The Restaurant

The restaurant serves everything from weekend-lunches to well composed multi-course dinners at businessdinners, weddings and huntingdinners.

If you rather want to get involved in the process we easily remodel the diningarea to a big kitchen and offer cookingactivities along with our professional chefs. This creates a vibrant enviroment with nice conversations next to the stoves, finally we enjoy all the courses the teams have prepaired.

We are very passionate about using ingredients provided by the nature around us, we rely alot on wild game from the hunts, mainly Reddeer, Duck and Wildboar, but also seasonal ingredients such as wild herbs, mushrooms and berries.

The restaurant serves locally produced beers of various sorts and have an extensive winelist aswell as alcohol-free options.

The shop

Adjacent to the kitchen entrance is a small shop selling Virå’s good venison and venison sausages. Here you can also find products from Meraki, House Doctor, Nicolas Vahé & good tea from NUTE.
The shop is open when the kitchen is open.
